How the Monthly Plan & Billing Works

A simple, transparent process from signup to hiring — billed monthly against a yearly agreement.

1. Signup & First Month Payment

Choose your plan and sign the 1-year agreement. Once the first month's payment is received, our recruiter starts working on your open positions immediately.

2. Dedicated Recruiter Assigned

A recruiter is assigned exclusively to your open roles — sourcing, screening, and coordinating so you only see shortlisted, ready-to-join candidates.

3. Monthly Invoice

Every month you receive an invoice for that month's charge (total package amount divided across the plan's billing months). Pay the invoice to keep the service running.

4. Replacement Support

If a hired candidate leaves within the agreement's replacement window, we source a replacement at no extra cost — as per your plan's replacement limit, provided invoices are paid on time.

5. Non-Payment Policy

If an invoice remains unpaid after a candidate has joined, Hirekey reserves the right to take legal action as per the signed agreement, and may withhold further replacements until dues are cleared.
