Cancellation Policy

  • The employer can cancel the hiring need or recruitment process at any time by giving written notice through email to their respective Hirekey representative.
  • In the event of cancellation subsequent to the initiation of the recruitment process, any paid fees might be non-refundable subject to the level of service delivery.
  • In the event that no candidate profiles have been sent within 7 business days from payment, the employer is entitled to request a cancellation and refund in full.

Replacement Guarantee

  • If a candidate hired by the organization quits within 30/60/90 days of employment, Hirekey Consultancy will provide one free replacement for the same job.
  • The replacement process will be initiated within 7 working days from the formal notice.
  • The replacement guarantee is applicable only if:
    • The employer has settled all placement-related dues.
    • The work environment and job description are unchanged.
    • The exit is not because of downsizing, restructuring, or internal matters independent of the candidate's performance.

Refund Policy

At Hirekey Consultancy, we follow a no advance payment policy. Employers are invoiced only after successful hiring, so refunds are generally not applicable. In rare cases where payment is made and services are not delivered, refund requests will be reviewed. We do not offer refunds if hiring is canceled after interviews or if a candidate leaves after 30/60/90 days. For any concerns, please contact us at support@hirekey.in with proper documentation.

Refund Processing

  • Refunded amounts will be credited within 10-15 business days to the original payment mode.
  • Any service or processing fees, if applicable, will be deducted prior to refund.
