Our Services

We offer recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition services to employers for different positions, such as but not limited to IT, executive, managerial, and high-paying sales roles.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you undertake:

• Supply correct and comprehensive job descriptions, candidate requirements, and other hiring details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of candidate information provided by Hirekey Consultancy.
• Reply to candidate profiles or questions from our team within a reasonable time.
• Inform us immediately in case of selection, shortlisting, or employment of any candidate referred through us.

Fees and Payment Terms

• Our fees and payment terms will be disclosed to you at the time of agreement or by email.
• Payment is to be made within [15/30] days of the candidate's joining date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payment may also attract extra interest or administrative fees.

Replacement Guarantee

We offer a free replacement for a candidate who resigns or is fired within [30/60/90 days], based on the mutually agreed terms. Replacement Guarantee is only applicable if all payments have been timely made.

Confidentiality

Candidate profiles and information passed on to you are confidential and for the exclusive purpose of assessment and recruitment only. You shall not disclose, share, or misuse any information passed on to you by Hirekey Consultancy.

Candidate Ownership

• A candidate who has been referred by Hirekey Consultancy shall be our referral for [6 months] from the date of introduction.
• If you (directly or indirectly) employ the candidate during this time, the contracted service fee is due.

Termination of Agreement

Either party can end the engagement at any time by giving written notice. Nevertheless, any outstanding payments or obligations due prior to termination will still be enforceable.

Limitation of Liability

Hirekey Consultancy is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to a candidate’s behavior, actions, or performance post-joining. Our liability is limited strictly to the extent of the agreed recruitment fees.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated and posted on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed according to the laws of India. Any issues arising shall be within the domain of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
