Our Services

Hirekey Consultancy offers recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition services to employers for a wide range of positions, including but not limited to:

• IT, technology, software development, and engineering roles
• Executive, CXO, director, and senior leadership positions
• Managerial, functional, and specialist roles across all industries
• Sales, marketing, finance, HR, healthcare, and manufacturing roles
• Bulk and campus hiring, contract staffing, and dedicated HR services

Client Responsibilities

As a client engaging Hirekey Consultancy, you agree to the following responsibilities to ensure an efficient and professional recruitment process:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date job descriptions, candidate requirements, and relevant hiring details
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate information provided by Hirekey Consultancy
• Respond to candidate profiles, interview schedules, and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Inform Hirekey immediately upon selection, shortlisting, or employment of any candidate referred through us

Fees & Payment Terms

Our fees are structured transparently and communicated at the time of engagement. The following payment conditions apply:

• Fees and payment terms are disclosed in writing at the time of agreement or via email before any engagement begins
• Payment is due within 15 to 30 business days from the candidate's date of joining (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
• Late payments may attract additional interest charges or administrative fees as per the agreed rate

No Advance Payment: Hirekey operates on a pay-after-joining model. You are not required to pay any fees upfront before a candidate successfully joins.

Replacement Guarantee

We provide a free replacement if a placed candidate resigns or is terminated within the agreed guarantee period (30, 60, or 90 days — as mutually agreed). This guarantee is subject to:

• All placement-related fees having been paid in full and on time
• The job description, role responsibilities, and working conditions remaining unchanged
• The replacement guarantee does not apply where the exit is caused by company-side factors such as downsizing, restructuring, or internal decisions unrelated to the candidate

Confidentiality

All candidate profiles, resumes, personal information, and data provided by Hirekey Consultancy are strictly confidential and may only be used for the exclusive purpose of candidate assessment and recruitment.

• You shall not disclose, share, or misuse any candidate information provided by Hirekey to any third party
• Candidate data must be securely stored and not retained beyond the purpose for which it was shared
• Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of the engagement and applicable legal action

Candidate Ownership

Any candidate introduced by Hirekey Consultancy to a client organization is considered our exclusive referral for a period of 6 months from the date of introduction.

• If the client (directly or indirectly) engages the candidate during this 6-month period, the full contracted service fee is due regardless of how the placement was made
• This applies to all forms of engagement — full-time, part-time, contractual, or advisory roles
• This policy protects the integrity of our sourcing efforts and ensures fair compensation for our recruitment services

Termination of Agreement

Either party may end the recruitment engagement at any time with written notice. However, the following obligations remain in effect even after termination:

• All outstanding payments or fees due prior to termination remain payable and enforceable
• Candidate ownership and confidentiality obligations continue for the agreed duration
• Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that have already accrued under this agreement

Limitation of Liability

Hirekey Consultancy's role is limited to recruitment and talent matching. The following limitations apply to our liability:

• Hirekey is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to a candidate's behavior, performance, or actions after joining
• Our liability is limited strictly to the extent of the agreed recruitment fees paid for the specific placement in question
• The replacement guarantee (Section 4) is the primary remedy available to clients in case of placement issues within the guarantee period

Amendments

Hirekey Consultancy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

• Any material changes will be communicated to active clients and posted on our website
• Continued use of Hirekey's services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
• We encourage clients to review these terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed, interpreted, and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
