Special Payment Clause for Non-IT Profiles
For Non-IT roles such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Field Sales profiles, an upfront payment of 50% of the estimated recruitment fee is required. This amount will be used to access premium job portals, paid databases, and marketing tools to source actively interested candidates.
Refund Policy for Upfront Payment
If the position is not successfully closed within 3–4 weeks, we will refund 50% of the total upfront payment received.
The remaining 50% will be non-refundable, as it will be utilized toward paid sourcing activities, recruitment tools, and manpower effort costs incurred during the hiring process.
No Upfront Payment Required
For IT, Accounts & Finance, Top Management, HR, Admin, EA, and other corporate/back-office profiles, we have a strong internal database and reliable sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates. Therefore, no upfront payment is required for these roles.
From the second hiring onward, we also support non-IT profiles without any advance payment.
