Special Payment Clause — IT vs Non-IT Profiles

Payment terms differ based on role type. Here's what applies to your specific hiring need.

Non-IT Profiles — 50% Upfront Required

For Non-IT roles such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Field Sales — an upfront payment of 50% of the estimated recruitment fee is required. This is used to access premium job portals, paid databases, and marketing tools to source actively interested candidates.

Refund Policy: If the position is not closed within 3–4 weeks, we refund 50% of the upfront payment. The remaining 50% is non-refundable as it covers paid sourcing, tools, and effort costs incurred.

IT & Corporate Profiles — Zero Advance Payment

For IT, Finance & Accounts, HR, Admin, EA, Top Management, and other corporate/back-office profiles — no upfront payment is required. We have a strong internal database and reliable sourcing channels already in place for these roles.
