Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and reconcile bank statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Assist in GST, TDS, and tax filings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Monitor expenses and maintain accurate documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)
• Good understanding of GST & taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Finance or Accounting-related degree preferred
