We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Operations professional to manage end-to-end execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating production logistics, vendors, on-ground operations, and ensuring seamless event delivery within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end production operations for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and brand activations
Coordinate with internal teams (client servicing, design, vendor management) for smooth execution
Handle production elements including stage setup, exhibition stalls, fabrication, branding, AV, lighting, sound, power, and technical requirements
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors & suppliers (fabricators, AV partners, printers, logistics, manpower)
Prepare production budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates; ensure cost control and adherence to approved budgets
Conduct site recce, feasibility checks, and technical planning prior to execution
Supervise on-ground setup, rehearsals, and event-day operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards, permissions, and venue regulations
Manage event timelines, load-in/load-out schedules, and post-event dismantling
Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and ensure smooth event flow
Coordinate with venues, hotels, exhibition grounds, and authorities as required
Maintain post-event reports, vendor bills, and documentation
Strong knowledge of event production, exhibition setup, fabrication, AV & technical execution
Hands-on experience in corporate events & exhibitions
Excellent vendor negotiation and coordination skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Good communication and team management skills
Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel when required
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Production, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in production operations for corporate events/exhibitions
Experience handling large-scale exhibitions, conferences, product launches, award nights, and brand activations
Familiarity with venues, vendors, and exhibition grounds
Experience working with corporate clients and agencies
