Job Summary:
The Retail Production Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the retail production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet sales forecasts and inventory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in retail production management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
