We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Organic Marketing and Lead Generation Team Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growththrough non-paid digital channels, focusing on SEO, content marketing, social media, and other organic lead generation strategies. As the Team Lead, you will oversee a talented team, develop innovative marketing campaigns, and ensureconsistent pipeline growth while aligning with broader company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
? Strategize and Lead: Develop, implement, and manage organic marketing strategies to drive lead generation through SEO, social media, and content.
? Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketers, ensuring alignment on goals and optimal team performance.
? SEO Mastery: Oversee all aspects of SEO, from technical optimization to content strategy, ensuring maximum visibility and search engine ranking improvements.
? Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content that resonates with target audiences and drives organic traffic.
? Social Media Leadership: Develop and execute social media strategies that foster engagement, brand loyalty, and lead generation across key platforms.
? Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on KPIs related to organic traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Use data to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
? Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and paid marketing teams to ensure organic efforts align with overall business objectives.
? Innovation & Experimentation: Stay ahead of trends and experiment with new organic marketing tactics and tools tocontinuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
? Lead Generation Focus: Ensure the organic marketing efforts consistently high-quality leads that convert into customers.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience (3-5+ years) in organic marketing, SEO, content strategy, and lead generation.
? Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
? In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
? Demonstrated success in building and executing organic growth strategies that deliver tangible results.
? Ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
