Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide solutions in line with company policies.
- Foster a positive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Process payroll, track attendance, and handle leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
- Support the development and implementation of performance review systems.
- Assist managers in setting goals and conducting performance appraisals.
- Provide guidance on professional development opportunities.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate workshops or seminars.
- Develop training materials and evaluate program effectiveness.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Assist in creating, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
