Position: HR Generalist
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and offer rollouts.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee databases.
Generate HR reports and MIS as required.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
Assist in statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, and labor law requirements.
Support audits and maintain compliance records.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries and grievances.
Support initiatives related to employee satisfaction and retention.
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Track employee goals and performance reviews.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Experience handling end-to-end HR activities.
Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems.
Experience in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
