We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and supporting overall HR operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and attendance data
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification will be an added advantage
