Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Operations Coordinator to oversee the logistical aspects of event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison with vendors, contractors, and coordinators, ensuring events run smoothly while prioritizing safety and efficiency. This role involves preparation, setup, supervision, and post-event wrap-up to deliver seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and event coordinators to ensure all requirements are met for successful event execution.
- Event Setup: Prepare event supplies such as tables, chairs, tents, fencing, and power equipment according to event plans.
- Inventory Management: Organize, store, and maintain event supplies and equipment after each event.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the safety and welfare of participants, addressing any safety concerns promptly during events.
- On-Site Coordination: Monitor event activities and troubleshoot issues in real-time to ensure smooth operations.
- Post-Event Review: Assist in post-event clean-up and provide feedback for process improvements.
