Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and their families about our courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
Guide students in making informed educational decisions and assist in completing the application process.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups while meeting or exceeding admission targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently from onsite location
Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
