Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle customer queries, requirements, and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and customers to improve conversion and retention.
Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in the CRM.
Regularly update customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
Coordinate with the sales and business development teams for lead management.
Handle customer onboarding and provide assistance throughout the process.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure timely communication.
Prepare regular reports related to customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Comfortable making customer calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously.
Positive attitude, professional communication, and target-oriented approach.
