About the Role

WeCare.food is looking for a proactive and execution-focused Associate Operations Manager to support supply growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure smooth operational delivery.

This role provides hands-on exposure to supplier management, client launches, field operations, issue resolution, and process improvement in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand the supplier and caterer ecosystem to support business growth.
  • Ensure supplier engagement and adherence to defined service levels and SLAs.
  • Plan and execute pilot programs and new client launches from start to finish.
  • Manage client relationships and regularly assess client satisfaction.
  • Resolve operational issues using a structured root-cause analysis approach.
  • Visit suppliers and clients to handle escalations and proactively prevent recurring issues.
  • Monitor SLAs related to punctuality, quality, quantity, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing client locations and through referrals.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously learn from peers and stakeholders.

  • Understanding and monitoring SLAs related to punctuality, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic exposure are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn and accept feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a field-oriented role with frequent visits to client and supplier locations.
  • Access to a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Compensation & Other Details

  • ?22,000 – ?35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
  • Market-standard compensation with applicable allowances.
  • Frequent travel to client and supplier locations is part of the role.
  • Two-wheeler is mandatory.
