Job Responsibilities for Manager-HR
Should be good in effective HR management systems, support and monitoring
Should be well versed in employee documentation, employment verification,
Must have knowledge preparing LOI, Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Experience letter, Appraisal Letter and other Letter etc.
Must be Good in payroll process and employee data base management 5. Maintaining human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Ensures statutory compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable law state requirements.
Should have knowledge creating and implementing HR Polices as per requirement
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations 12. Preparing monthly payroll relevant data (Leave Management, Attendance, bonus, leaves, F&F etc.).
Should have any HRMS Software work experience
Must be aware be training and Development. Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Grievances,

Specific skills:
Expert in Word, Excel (with formulas) Power point,
Education and/or Experience:
Preferably M.BA in HR. Graduate can also apply.
